Niamito Organic Blueberry Oat Meal

The ingredients are carefully prepared and weighed. Oatmeal, oat grains, pea protein powder and flax protein powder are first cooked and cooled to room temperature. Only then are the fruits and other ingredients added, which ensures a fresh and natural taste. During production, oatmeal is mixed in a mixing machine, which ensures an even distribution of all ingredients in the product.

After mixing and cooking, the oatmeal is filled into plastic containers on the filling line and hot sealed with foil. The containers are then labeled with the expiration date and lot number.

After packaging, the oatmeal is taken to an external facility where it undergoes high-pressure processing (HPP). This process destroys vegetative forms of harmful microorganisms without heating the product. This extends the shelf life and durability of the product, while preserving the nutritional value and fresh, natural taste to the greatest extent possible. After HPP processing, the containers are equipped with a cardboard label with all the product information.
