We carefully prepare and weigh all the ingredients. First, we cook the LoginEKO base from pea protein isolate, instant oatmeal, locust bean gum, and psyllium. Once it reaches the perfect consistency, we cool it down and add the remaining ingredients. Throughout the process, Njamito is carefully blended with a homogenizer to achieve a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and perfectly even taste.

To guarantee microbiological safety and deliver a convenient shelf-stable product, we apply the UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) process. The product is heated very quickly to 140 °C, held for just 5 seconds, and then cooled back down within moments. Because the treatment is so brief, it removes harmful microorganisms while preserving the drink’s taste, texture, and valuable nutrients.

After cooling down, Njamito is filled under aseptic conditions to keep it perfectly safe. We use HDPE bottles—durable, light, and fully recyclable. This closed process prevents contamination and locks in freshness without the need for preservatives, ensuring every bottle reaches you exactly as it left our production line.

Quality check

After filling, every batch of Njamito takes a short break. During this time, we run microbiological tests to confirm safety, while the natural flavors gently blend together. This pause ensures Njamito reaches you not only safe, but also at its most balanced and delicious.
