IGP Toscano
IGP Toscano (Protected Geographical Indication) guarantees that the olive oil comes from a defined area in Tuscany and meets strict production and quality standards. Olives must be grown, milled, and bottled entirely in Tuscany, with full oversight by the Tuscan PGI Consortium. Each bottle carries a unique code ensuring complete traceability. The flavour is distinctly Tuscan: balanced bitterness, gentle spice, and notes of artichoke, almond, and green grass.
